What To Expect at the
2-Hour Twerk Camp


1st phase of Twerk Camp is TECHNIQUE. Get a breakdown of the 5 basic ways to move the booty, tons of variations, and tips to practice for your #hometwerk.

2nd phase of Twerk Camp is the TURN UP. Put the technique to use in follow along twerk cardio to the hottest tracks.


3rd phase of Twerk Camp is TONE. Experience a snippet of our signature Twerk Body HIIT format where twerking meets toning in all the best ways!


Final phase of Twerk Camp is TRANSFORM. Now you can put all your skills to work by learning a fun end of class choreography and transform from basic to boss chick!


I don't have dance experience/I Am a beginner. Is this class for me?

Yes! Twerk Camp is a 2-hour open level twerk fitness experience. You will learn both basic and intermediate steps, and then progress through twerk cardio, twerk hiit, and then twerkography. Come ready to learn and be challenged!

Are there any attendance restrictions?

Twerk Camp is a women + women identifying only fitness space for ages 18+.

what is your refund policy?

There are no refunds. If you purchase a ticket and can no longer attend you have to the option to resell to someone, use it at the next class, or redeem it for virtual classes.

What should I Wear/bring with me?

Make sure to bring a towel, water, and a yoga mat. Knee pads strongly recommended. Wear comfortable fitness clothes and sneakers. Soft fabric booty shorts or leggings recommended and allow more jiggle ;)

Masks are suggested.
