SWEAT WITH SIMONE

Hey Palmetto Station Residents,

I am Simone, your new resident dance and fitness enthusiast and trainer. I am an ACE certified personal trainer of 10 years, certified SPINNING instructor, and a professional dancer and choreographer with over 25 years of experience. 

 

I will be teaching 3 classes a week here at Palmetto Station. Booty + Beats, Spinning, and a dance fitness class. You must RSVP for each class. NO walk-ins.

All classes are $10.

What To Expect: 

BOOTY & BEATS

30-minute glute focused HIIT workout that uses bodyweight, light weights, heavy weights, and booty bands for an electric full body workout set to the hottest beats. Class takes place in Palmetto Station Gym/Studio Room. You will need a yoga mat. (Class is limited to 10 spots)

Shake & SLAY

45 minute hip-hop, dancehall, soca, and afrobeats booty shaking full body dance workout. Open level. Come ready to sweat! 

revel & RIDE

45 minute rhythmic cycling experience set to the best of pop, soca, reggaeton, and dance music. Open level. Come ready to sweat! Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class so you can properly fitted on the bike. (Only 5 spots available per class)

I don't have dance or spin experience/I Am a beginner. Is this class for me?

Yes! All classes are open level.  Come ready to learn and be challenged!

Are there any attendance restrictions?

These classes are only open to residents of Palmetto Bay 18+.

what is your refund policy?

There are no refunds. If you purchase a ticket and can no longer attend you have to the option to use it at the next class.

What should I Wear/bring with me?

Make sure to bring a towel, water, and a yoga mat. Wear comfortable fitness clothes and sneakers.
