Are you ready to bring something new to your city, gym, or clientele? This is it!
Twerk Body HIIT is the ultimate women’s *twerk meets tone* program. We couple all of the turn up of twerking with the science of HIIT for the ultimate full body twerkout!
The format is a 45 minute program that can be catered at 3 different levels: beginning, intermediate, and advanced.Lead women to finding their power and strength through this uniquely crafted women’s fitness experience.
In the 8 hour training you will learn:
-Twerk Body HIIT teaching methodology and format
-High Intensity Interval Training format, ratios, and technique
-Choreography for Dance HIIT Combinations
-Effectively combining Twerk + Tone
-Strength Training exercises: breakdown of basics, alignment, corrective cues
-Cueing HIIT
-Progressions and modifications for different fitness levels
Twerk Body HIIT certification is valid for one year. As long as you are subscribed to the TBH Zone your certification does not require renewal.
TBH Zone membership is $29.99 flat rate for non-Zone members and an additional $8 to Zone subscription for current Zone members.
***Participants must have camera on and participate fully for the entire duration of the training in order to complete livestream certification.
4.1 Instructor Certification Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your training, you have three options:
1. You can request a refund. If you cancel your registration 21 + days before your training date, you will incur a $50 USD cancellation fee. A $100 USD cancellation fee will apply for all cancellation requests received within 21 days to 14 days before your training date. 14 days before your certification you will receive your pre-training materials. Once you receive these materials a refund is no longer an option.
2. You can transfer your registration to another training. You will be responsible for any price increases. (I.E., if you signed up at an early bird rate and the new training is at a rush rate, you will be charged the difference).
3. You can place your training fees on hold and use them toward a future training within one year of your original registration date.
4. Online Instructor Certification: no refunds. You can postpone your certification start date or extend your certification due date by 60 days maximum.
